dez anos ap\u00f3s a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do DustControl. O gerente atual da unidade da Cargill Paranagu\u00e1, n\u00e3o acreditava que o DustControl estava em opera\u00e7\u00f5es. Todos os operadores e vizinhos da moega, percebiam que n\u00e3o existia poeira durante a descarga, mas n\u00e3o entendiam bem como. O transporte de gr\u00e3os atrav\u00e9s dos trens, s\u00e3o menos poluentes, e deixar o momento da descarga de gr\u00e3os livre de poeira, n\u00f3s traz a certeza da continuidade dos trabalhos em trazer maior benef\u00edcio \u00e0 sa\u00fade do planeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em outubro deste mesmo ano, implementamos mais um DustControl na nossa cliente\/parceira\u00a0Cargill\u00a0em suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es em\u00a0Ponta Grossa \u2013 Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resolver problemas com poeira nas moegas de recebimento \u00e9 o objetivo do sistema\u00a0DustControl\u00a0fabricado pela\u00a0Wings. O\u00a0DustControl\u00a0utiliza o pr\u00f3prio produto para filtrar o p\u00f3 sendo expulso da moegas durante a descarga. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de filtros caros, de opera\u00e7\u00e3o dispendiosa e ineficazes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O sistema DustControl n\u00e3o \u00e9 um sistema flaps.\u00a0 O DustControl \u00e9 composto por m\u00f3dulos que cobrem toda a moega abaixo da grade. Esses m\u00f3dulos t\u00eam 40 a 50 cm de profundidade e bicas que reduzem ligeiramente a velocidade do produto que entra na moega, mantendo as bicas cheias de produto para que o ar deslocado da moega passe pela coluna de produto nas bicas. Durante a passagem pelo m\u00f3dulo, o ar carregado de poeira perde velocidade e n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais capaz de carregar a poeira, que permanece junto com o produto. O ar sai limpo do m\u00f3dulo. \u00c9 a mais eficaz maneira de fazer despoeiramento!
